FinalPay.ph is the Philippines' free and privacy-first labor pay calculator. Our 13th Month Pay Calculator is built specifically for Filipino employees and is based on Presidential Decree No. 851 β the law that mandates all rank-and-file workers receive a 13th month bonus every year.
Whether you worked the full calendar year or only a few months, FinalPay.ph computes your exact entitlement by prorating your basic salary against the actual number of months you worked. The formula used follows the official DOLE method: (Basic Monthly Salary Γ Months Worked) Γ· 12.
All calculations on FinalPay.ph happen entirely in your browser. No salary data, no personal information, and no dates are ever sent to a server. FinalPay.ph is 100% free to use β no sign-up required.
