FinalPay.ph was built with a single goal: to help Filipino workers understand exactly what they're owed when they leave a job β and to make it easy to compute.
We believe that every worker deserves to know their rights. Unfortunately, the Philippine labor system β while protective of workers on paper β can be difficult to navigate in practice. Many employees accept less than what they're legally entitled to simply because they don't know the formulas, the laws, or where to turn.

Whether you're a rank-and-file employee, a manager, an OFW returning home, or an HR professional β our tools are designed for everyone.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: empower Filipino workers with the knowledge they need to protect their labor rights.
Too many workers walk away from their last day on the job without fully understanding what they're owed. They accept whatever their employer gives them, sign a quitclaim without reading it, and move on β sometimes leaving thousands of pesos on the table.
FinalPay.ph exists to change that. By providing accurate, easy-to-understand information and a free calculation tool, we aim to level the playing field between employees and employers.
Why We Built This
The idea for FinalPay.ph came from a simple observation: the DOLE website, while authoritative, is difficult to navigate for the average worker. Legal documents are dense. The formulas are scattered across multiple advisories and laws. Employees Googling "paano i-compute ang back pay ko" often get confusing or incomplete answers.
We wanted to build something better: a single, trustworthy resource that brings together the calculator and the information in one place, in language that's easy to understand.
